Paula’s Choice Perks Terms

Changes to the Program: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Paula’s Perks, in whole or in part, at any time. This includes changes to: how points are earned and the rate at which they are earned; the number of points required to redeem a reward; the value assigned to points at redemption; the products and rewards available for redemption; membership tiers and their associated benefits; and these Program Terms. We will provide advance notice of any material change to the Program by email to the address associated with your account and by posting notice on the Paula’s Perks page. The notice will describe the change and state the date on which it takes effect. Except as set out in these Program Terms, including the expiration of points, a change to the Program will not reduce the number of points in your account as of the date the change takes effect.

Nature of points: Points have no cash value. They are not property, are not transferable or assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points may not be sold, bartered, or combined with the points of another member except as we expressly permit. Points are a promotional benefit only and do not constitute a deposit, an account balance, or any form of stored value.

Rewards: Rewards are subject to availability and may be added, removed, or substituted at any time. Reward availability may vary by region. We reserve the right to correct any error in a point balance, reward listing, or redemption.

Your choices: if you do not wish to continue in the Program following a change, you may close your Paula’s Perks membership at any time by contacting Customer Care here. Continuing to earn or redeem points after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of that change.
